| Veena is the queen by birth. she was the only one of her litter and she will forever remain in charge of everything. she even tried that act on me. =) did not work! She throws excellent conformation, big hambones and a great topline. She throws working type personality pups along with the conformation to place in the conformation ring. Just look at her daughter Mina! Veena is lazy now and loves to lay with the cats and lounge. She usually produces 5-7 puppies per litter. She is OFA good at 4 1/2 years old and she throws her looks on the puppies no matter what male she is bred to. She also passes on her mass and is registered AKC. Her puppies are $700 and we will always take back her puppies if the new owners are in dyer straights and need help. Rottweilers are for very responsible owners and can have higher energy levels than most, especially in this line. Veena and Mina both have lots of energy and always want to go. Behr and Stela would rather sleep than go. Just so you understand the difference in lines. As for the doberman breed, there is no off switch. Just to give you a good picture, I am hyperthyroid and I go and go and go. LOL Veena is from the very old Rottweiler line and is very close to the original Rottweiler when the breed first started. she does seem to produce more alpha puppies than most. All this info is personal opinion and personal experience. there is always an exception to any rule. the Rottweiler is very easy to put weight on and you need to be especially careful. The first 2-3 year is crucial. No over exercising or overfeeding. There is a high incidence for growing pains and can be easily confused with OCD. OCD, you will see lack of development of muscle and it will look atrophied. Growing pains usually go away by the time they are 2 years old. Please be aware of the protein content and don't feed rawhids bones or pig ears. Too high of protein. I do NOT guarantee the dog for OCD or growing pains because I have no control of what you feed you dog. So be careful. veena I raise on everything you were not supposed to feed her and she was fine, but now I know what could have happened. We were just lucky!
